What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device when you visit them. They are used to make the website work properly, to remember your preferences and to analyse traffic anonymously.

Cookies we use

We use essential and functional cookies so the platform works. On our website we additionally use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement cookies (Google Ads, Meta and TikTok) only with your consent. These cookies are disabled by default and are only activated if you accept them in the cookie notice.

A note on web analytics: We use analytics systems that behave differently. Vercel Web Analytics measures traffic entirely anonymously: it uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device, it does not track users across sites, and its data is aggregated statistics with no personally identifiable information, so it requires no consent. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, by contrast, do use cookies — and Clarity also records the session — which is why they are only activated if you accept in the cookie notice.

Other data stored on your device: in addition to the cookies listed above, the TikTok pixel stores several identifiers in your browser’s session storage (`tt_sessionId`, `tt_pixel_session_index`, `tt_appInfo`, `tt_adInfo` and `tt_hold_events`), which are deleted when you close the tab. The applicable legislation protects any information stored on your device, not only cookies, which is why we point it out here: this storage, too, does not take place until you accept the advertising cookies.

Analytics, session-recording and advertising cookies

Our website uses five third-party services: Google Analytics (how the site is browsed), Microsoft Clarity (session recording and heatmaps: your clicks, scrolling and cursor movement on our pages are recorded, with form fields masked), Google Ads, the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and the TikTok pixel (the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns). The first four are loaded through Google Tag Manager; the TikTok pixel is loaded directly from our website. None of them loads until you accept: until you do, neither the Google Tag Manager container nor the TikTok pixel is downloaded, no cookie is stored and no data is sent to Google, Microsoft, Meta or TikTok.

You can change or withdraw your decision at any time using the button below, which shows the cookie notice again. Withdrawing consent stops Microsoft Clarity’s session recording, deletes its cookies, revokes the consent signalled to Meta and revokes the consent signalled to TikTok, whose cookies also cease to be used. Please note that withdrawal of consent **takes effect for the future**: it does not undo the data already sent to these providers while consent was in force. To request the erasure of the data TikTok already holds about you, you may contact TikTok directly through the channels indicated in its privacy policy. We use no analytics, session-recording or advertising cookie on the barbershops’ booking pages.

Managing cookies

You can manage or delete cookies from your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies may affect the correct operation of the platform (for example, you will not be able to log in).

For more information on how to manage cookies in the main browsers, visit your browser’s help page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when necessary. The updated version will always be available on this page with the date it was last updated.
