Terms of Service for Customers

Last updated: April 2026

These Terms of Service govern the use of the trimly.es online booking platform by end customers (people who book appointments at hairdressing and barbershop businesses). By making a booking, you accept these terms.

1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing and using the trimly.es booking platform, you declare that you have read, understood and accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any of the terms set out here, please do not use the platform.

The platform acts as a technical intermediary between you (the customer) and the hairdressing or barbershop business. The contract for hairdressing services is entered into directly between you and the business concerned.

2. Description of the service

trimly.es provides hairdressing and barbershop businesses with an online booking management platform. As a customer, you can use the platform to:

  • Check appointment availability at participating businesses.
  • Book hairdressing or barbering services.
  • Receive confirmations and reminders for your appointments.
  • Cancel or change your bookings in line with the business’s policy.

Service availability, prices and the specific conditions of each appointment are determined exclusively by the business and may vary.

3. Booking and cancellation policy

By making a booking, you undertake to attend the appointment at the agreed time. Cancellation and change policies are set independently by each business.

  • Advance cancellation: you must cancel your booking with the minimum notice indicated by the business (generally 24 hours beforehand). Each business’s exact policy is shown during the booking process.
  • No-show: if you do not attend your appointment without cancelling it beforehand, the business may apply the conditions set out in its policy, including retaining the deposit where one exists.
  • Cancellation by the business: the business may cancel appointments in exceptional circumstances. In that case you will receive a notification and, where applicable, a refund of the deposit.

4. Deposit policy

Some businesses may require payment of a deposit to confirm a booking. This deposit is set by the business, not by trimly.es.

  • The deposit is deducted from the total price of the service at the time of the visit.
  • If you cancel within the permitted period, the deposit will be refunded in line with the business’s policy.
  • In the event of a no-show or a late cancellation, the business may retain the deposit as compensation.
  • Disputes over deposits must be resolved directly with the business. trimly.es is not responsible for each business’s deposit policy.

5. Customer obligations

When using the platform, you undertake to:

  • Provide truthful, up-to-date information (name, phone number) when booking.
  • Attend your appointments punctually or otherwise cancel them with sufficient notice.
  • Not use the platform to make fraudulent bookings or to use it abusively.
  • Respect the conditions and policies of the business where you book.

6. Limitation of liability

trimly.es acts exclusively as a technical booking management platform. Accordingly:

  • trimly.es is not responsible for the quality of the services provided by participating businesses.
  • trimly.es is not responsible for cancellations, schedule changes or incidents caused by the business.
  • trimly.es’s maximum liability towards the customer is in all cases limited to the amount, if any, charged by the platform as a service fee.
  • trimly.es does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform, although it strives to keep the service operational at all times.

7. Changes to the terms

We may amend these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be available on this page. We will notify you of relevant changes through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts having jurisdiction under Spanish consumer protection legislation.
