How much does Fresha really cost in Spain?
In Spain, Fresha charges nothing for marketplace new clients: zero. What you pay is a subscription per bookable team member. Work out what that would be for your shop and compare it with trimly's flat fee.

How Fresha charges in Spain
Fresha charges a monthly subscription for every team member who can take bookings: €19.95 a month on the Independiente plan (one member) and €12.95 a month per member on the Equipo plan. Rates are published excluding VAT. There is no marketplace commission in Spain. On its pricing page served from Spain, the «Marketplace de Fresha - Nuevos clientes» cell reads «Gratis», and so does the returning-clients row. On top of the subscription, card processing costs 1.29% online and 0.99% in person, and card readers start at €119 and are not mandatory. This calculator compares the subscription only, because card cost depends on how much you take by card.
Where Fresha is cheaper than trimly
Up to 0 team members, Fresha costs less than trimly, and we say so here because it is true. The table above shows it row by row. From 1 members it flips, because Fresha adds €12.95 per new chair while trimly's Sin Límites fee does not move. The exact crossover sits at 3.09 members, so the first whole number where trimly wins is 1. If you work alone, or you are two or three chairs and price is all you are weighing, Fresha is cheaper. The reasons to pick trimly at that size are different ones: WhatsApp, booking with no app and no account, VeriFactu, and owning your client list.
The 20% with a $6 minimum is real — just not in Spain
If you have read that Fresha takes 20% of every new marketplace client with a $6 minimum, that is true: in the United States. Fresha's pricing page is served differently by country. The same URL, on the same day, returns «Gratis» from a Spanish connection and, from a US one, a one-time commission of 20% with a $6 minimum per client, with prices in dollars. In Europe that commission existed with a €3 minimum and went to zero in May 2024. This page is about Spain. If you operate in another market, check Fresha's pricing page from that country.
What this calculator does not measure
It compares subscriptions. It does not measure card processing, SMS, or either platform's features. And it does not measure what matters most to many shops: Fresha runs an active marketplace in Spain that brings it new clients, and today it charges nothing for them. trimly has no marketplace. That is a real Fresha advantage, not a footnote.
