How much does a beauty salon website cost?
Nothing if the salon is just you: the one-professional plan includes the website, the address, online booking, card payment and the invoicing, does not expire and does not ask for a card. With a team you move to a flat monthly fee, with as many professionals as you need and no commission on appointments or on payments. Client messages are bought in packs when you need them.
Can a client book three waxing areas at once?
Yes. She ticks all three in the same booking, the minutes add up and she is only offered the times where the whole thing fits. The appointment lands in your diary with the three areas written on it and the total amount, so there is no adding services up in front of her when it is time to charge.
How do I run two rooms from the same website?
By registering each room as though it were a professional. Each one carries its hours and the list of treatments done inside it and, since a diary will not take two overlapping appointments, two people cannot book the same room at the same time. If you also have two therapists, each goes with her own diary and her own services.
Can I sell a ten-session package?
Yes. You define the package with the treatment and the number of sessions, price it and sell it from the dashboard. It sits under the client's name and one session comes off at each visit; on her record you see how many she has used and how many are left. It works just as well for a pack of four as for a course of ten or twelve.
Can I review every booking before confirming it?
Yes, by turning on manual approval. With that option on, everything booked from the website arrives as pending and waits for you to say yes. Your phone tells you, you accept or decline, and the client finds out. Whatever you write down at the desk or take over the phone is confirmed straight away, without going through that queue.
How do I charge for expensive treatments in advance?
You can put the salon on payment in advance: with that option on, any booking made from the website is paid in full by card at the time and the appointment arrives already paid, so on the day of the session there is no money to handle. That decision belongs to the whole salon, not to each treatment. If you would rather take only part of it, the deposit is the one that is tuned treatment by treatment.
Do I need a separate website for each salon?
Yes: each salon is an account with its own website, its own diary and its own team. There is no screen today that puts two locations into a single view, so if you open a second salon you will have two addresses and you will sign in to each of them separately. Worth knowing before you set it up, if your plan is to grow to several locations.
